‘Tis the season for misconceptions!
You may have seen past e-Learning's that dispelled some common employment law and human resources myths. This e-learning will follow a similar format with a focus on the myths and misconceptions that are particularly prevalent over the holiday season.
We discuss the employment of seasonal employees, holiday staffing concerns, statutory holiday pay entitlement, accommodation of time off for vacation and other religious holidays, and the potential liabilities for employers at holiday parties.
