e2r Solutions® is comprised of multi-disciplinary professionals dedicated to providing expert advice to our clients. These professionals are guided by Krista and Stuart, the principals of e2r Solutions®:
Krista Hiddema / B.A., CHRP, SHRP
Krista Hiddema (BA, CHRP, SHRP) is the co-founder of e2r Solutions® and a Partner in the law firm Woolgar VanWiechen Ketcheson Ducoffe LLP. Krista is an entrepreneurial minded business executive, with a specialty in human resources.

Krista is client focused, and has provided counsel to clients ranging in size from 10 employees to 10,000, and from industries ranging from engineering and high technology, to pharmaceutical, manufacturing and not-for-profit. Krista is also an accomplished public speaker who is regularly called upon to speak to employee groups, leadership groups as well as the general business community on a pletheora of topics related to best practices in organizational development and leadership.

Krista proactively identifies and implements processes and programs that improve employee retention and satisfaction, enabling the associated increases in productivity and cost savings that inevitably result. Krista’s strong implementation and organizational skills enables her to manage multiple projects and clients successfully. Her excellent interpersonal skills have allowed her to build strong, service oriented relationships.

Prior to co-founding e2r Solutions®, Krista held progressively senior leadership positions throughout her career for some of the largest 'high tech' companies in the world. In particular, and immediately prior to joining the firm, Krista was the Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for SAP AG.

During her career Krista has focused on all aspects of Human Capital Management. Successes have been realized in international talent acquisition and retention, compensation and total rewards management, leadership development and performance management.

Further areas of specialty include mediation work, the use of technology to maximize customer satisfaction, increased productivity and profitability, and HR measurement, metrics and ROI .
Stuart Ducoffe / B.C.L., LL.B., CHRP
Stuart Ducoffe (BCL, LLB, CHRP) is the co-founder of e2r Solutions®, and is a Partner with Woolgar VanWiechen Ketcheson Ducoffe LLP. As an employment and labour lawyer, Stuart has practiced exclusively in the areas of employment and labour law since he was called to the Bar in 1986. He holds B.C.L. and LL.B. degrees from McGill University (1984) and is certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association of Ontario as a Certified Human Resources Professional (CHRP).

Stuart has advised corporate employers on all matters pertaining to employment law, labour relations and their representation before a wide variety of administrative tribunals, boards of arbitration and the courts.
 

Stuart counsels employers with respect to the employment impact of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, the negotiation of employment contracts, wrongful dismissal, injunction applications, human rights, health and safety, employment standards, workers' compensation and human resources communications.
