The current statistics regarding mental illness in Canada and the impact on the workplace are staggering.  Managing medical leaves of absence and understanding your duty to accommodate can be difficult for employers to navigate.

The purpose of this e-Learning is to provide practical guidance to employers regarding the basics of accommodating mental illness in the workplace and to discuss some of the important “do’s” and “don’ts” of the accommodation process. Some of the topics covered in this session will include:
