Krista is the co-founder of e2r Solutions® and a Partner in the law firm Woolgar VanWiechen Ketcheson Ducoffe LLP. Krista is an entrepreneurial minded business executive, with a specialty in human resources.

Krista is client focused, and has provided counsel to clients ranging in size from 10 employees to 10,000, and from industries ranging from engineering and high technology, to pharmaceutical, manufacturing and not-for-profit. Krista is also an accomplished public speaker who is regularly called upon to speak to employee groups, leadership groups as well as the general business community on a plethora of topics related to best practices in organizational development and leadership.

Krista proactively identifies and implements processes and programs that improve employee retention and satisfaction, enabling the associated increases in productivity and cost savings that inevitably result. Krista’s strong implementation and organizational skills enables her to manage multiple projects and clients successfully. Her excellent interpersonal skills have allowed her to build strong, service oriented relationships.

Prior to co-founding e2r Solutions®, Krista held progressively senior leadership positions throughout her career for some of the largest high tech companies in the world. In particular, and immediately prior to joining the firm, Krista was the Vice President of Human Resources and a member of the Executive Leadership Team for SAP AG.

During her career Krista has focused on all aspects of Human Capital Management. Successes have been realized in international talent acquisition and retention, compensation and total rewards management, leadership development and performance management.

Stuart is a seasoned employment and labour lawyer. Stuart is the co-founder of e2r Solutions® and Partner and co-founder of Woolgar VanWiechen Ketcheson Ducoffe LLP, practicing exclusively in the area of employment and labour law.

Prior to founding e2r Solutions® and the law firm, Stuart practiced for many years with one of Canada’s largest and most prestigious Canadian law firms. Stuart obtained his law degrees from McGill University in 1984, and was called to the Ontario Bar in 1986. Stuart is one of only a small group of employment and labour lawyers certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association as a Certified Human Resources Professional
(“CHRP”).

Stuart has advised corporate employers on all matters pertaining to employment law, labour relations, and human rights law.  He has appeared before the courts as counsel on behalf of a wide variety of corporate clients as well as administrative tribunals.

Stuart counsels employers with respect to the employment impact of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, the negotiation of employment contracts, wrongful dismissal litigation, injunction applications, occupational health and safety, employment standards, workers' compensation and human resources communications and strategy.

Stuart provides ongoing advice to some of Canada’s leading public companies and is often consulted by major Canadian media outlets to provide information and insight in employment law and human resources matters. Alex graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2006.

Alex provides proactive advice and assistance to clients from a management perspective. His practice extends into all areas of employment and labour law, including employment contracts, wrongful dismissals, workplace policies and procedures, employment standards, collective agreements, labour relations, human rights and workplace safety.

Prior to joining e2r Solutions®, Alex practiced employment and labour law at a respected human resources law firm. Throughout his career, Alex’s approach to advising employers has focused on practical and timely solutions to complex workplace issues.

Alex has also written on a variety of employment law topics, including articles for Lawyers Weekly and Canadian Employment Law Today. He is a member of the Law Society of Upper Canada, Ontario Bar Association and the Canadian Bar Association.

Leeora graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor in 2008 and was called to the Bar in 2009.

Leeora approaches complicated human resource issues from a practical and proactive point of view.  Leeora's practice includes assisting clients in drafting workplace policies, employment contracts and providing advice on disciplinary issues and employee exit strategies.  Leeora's practice also focuses on the labour relations issues affecting unionized workplaces including grievance arbitration issues, collective bargaining, union certification applications and unfair labour practice complaints.

Prior to joining the firm, Leeora practiced employment and labour law, representing both provincially and federally regulated employers at an international full service law firm.  Throughout the course of her career, Leeora has focused exclusively on advising and representing management in connection with employment standards, discipline and discharge, occupational health and safety, human rights and wrongful dismissal issues.

Leeora’s extensive experience in providing practical, solution driven advice, along with her litigation experience, allows her to assist clients by navigating the employment law waters before trouble emerges.  In this context, Leeora’s primary goal is achieving a positive end result for clients.  Leeora is able to decipher complex legal issues with the goal of communicating a broad range of possible remedies to clients in a manner that they can easily identify with and appreciate.

Prior to joining the e2r Solutions® Leadership team, Lindsay worked for several years within the private sector in both union and non-union environments.

In particular, Lindsay spent many years working in a unionized environment for one of the country's leading suppliers of office technology providing advice and counsel to clients, participating in the preparation for collective bargaining agreement negotiations and contributing to the management and resolution of union grievances.

She also spent several years as the Head of Human Resources for the world's largest producer of soft sided insulated products where she gained international experience. While continuously maintaining a client focused approach, Lindsay serviced clients in locations throughout Canada, the United States, Hong Kong and China.  In response to client needs, she developed corporate policy and process, conducted training on a variety of topics to all levels of employees, created and implemented a company wide performance management program and was also a  member of the due diligence team for two international mergers and acquisitions.

Currently Lindsay advises clients regarding a wide variety of human resources matters including but not limited to policy and procedure development, training and development, performance management, recruitment strategies, employee relations and engagement. Lindsay's scope of knowledge also extends to compensation strategy development, and union-management relations.

Lindsay also serves as an active member on the Board of Directors for Mary Centre, a non-profit organization in Toronto that delivers integrated support services and creates new opportunities for the benefit of the developmentally challenged, their families and the community.

Farrah is a graduate of the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario. She was called to the Alberta Bar in 2008 and to the Ontario Bar in 2010.

Farrah provides advice in all areas of employment, labour, and human rights law, and approaches complex human resource issues from a practical and down-to-earth perspective.  Farrah frequently assists management clients with workplace policies and procedures, employment contracts, wrongful dismissals, human rights issues, workplace investigations, occupational health and safety concerns, and workers’ compensation matters.  She also provides advice with respect to labour relations issues including union certification applications, unfair labour practice complaints, collective bargaining, collective agreement interpretation, and grievance arbitration matters. 

Prior to joining e2r Solutions®, Farrah practiced at a well-respected management-side labour and employment boutique firm in Toronto.  She also practiced in the litigation and labour and employment departments at the Calgary office of one of Canada’s largest full-service law firms.

Farrah has experience conducting training sessions on topics such as employee engagement, human rights, respect in the workplace, managing terminations, and employment standards from a multi-jurisdictional perspective. Farah is also a frequent presenter at seminars and conferences, and has also written on a wide range of employment and human resources related topics.

Michelle joined the e2r Solutions® team in early 2007 bringing with her many years of experience in human resources solutions consulting, sales, marketing, and public relations.

Prior to joining e2r Solutions® Michelle spent a number of years working in the human resources consulting industry assisting with the multiplicity of human resources challenges unique to small and medium sized businesses. This experience enabled Michelle to develop key skills that were crucial to providing effective solutions to her clients’ distinct challenges.  During this time Michelle also cultivated her ability to identify and develop business opportunities as well as brand awareness through various advertising channels and public relations activities.

Michelle’s career has also included working in a human resources capacity, where her primary responsibilities included the development of national training and development programs, recruitment strategies, and a diverse range of public relations activities. This “hands on” foundation has truly enabled her to deeply understand and appreciate the human capital needs of our clients.

Currently, Michelle spearheads e2r Solutions®’ Business Development, Sales and Marketing initiatives.  Michelle is responsible for providing prospective clients with a wealth of information regarding e2r solutions®, while also leading and supporting the daily functions of the Marketing and Sales teams. Within her role, Michelle is committed to promoting the growth and development of e2r Solutions® by utilizing dynamic and innovative approaches to Business Development, and most importantly ensuring that existing clients maximize their e2r Solutions® experience.

Michelle holds a BA in Communication Studies from Brock University.
