Prior to joining e2r, Katherine worked for a qualifying and regulatory body as an HR Partner, where she provided a wide range of HR support and guidance to internal stakeholders and supported the delivery and implementation of HR programs and initiatives. Katherine brings extensive experience across multiple HR functions and is certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association as a Certified Human Resources Leader (CHRL).

Katherine advises clients regarding a wide variety of human resources matters including policy and procedure development, training and development, performance management, recruitment strategies, employee relations and engagement.

In addition to her CHRL designation, Katherine holds a Bachelor of Ethics with Minor in Psychology from the University of Ottawa - Saint Paul University and has completed a Human Resources Management Graduate Certificate from Humber College.
