Leeora graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Windsor in 2008 and was called to the Bar in 2009.

Leeora approaches complicated human resource issues from a practical and proactive point of view. Leeora assists clients in drafting workplace policies, employment contracts and providing advice on disciplinary issues and employee exit strategies. Leeora also focuses on the labour relations issues affecting unionized workplaces including grievance arbitration issues, collective bargaining, union certification applications and unfair labour practice complaints.

Prior to joining e2r, Leeora practiced employment and labour law, representing both provincially and federally regulated employers at an international full service law firm. Throughout the course of her career, Leeora has focused exclusively on advising and representing management in connection with employment standards, discipline and discharge, occupational health and safety, human rights and wrongful dismissal issues.

Leeora's extensive experience in providing practical, solution driven advice, along with her litigation experience, allows her to assist clients by navigating the employment law waters before trouble emerges. In this context, Leeora's primary goal is achieving a positive end result for clients. Leeora is able to decipher complex legal issues with the goal of communicating a broad range of possible remedies to clients in a manner that they can easily identify with and appreciate.
