The Short Story
While on the 53rd floor of a major bank building, Stuart found himself providing advice to employer clients at exorbitant hourly rates and that's when it hit him. Why not provide clients with unlimited support for an affordable fixed monthly fee?
With a fixed monthly fee, clients could ask about anything and have documents prepared without the anxiety of the dreaded hourly rate.
And why stop there?
Legal professionals need human resources professionals and human resources professionals need lawyers so the service would combine both employment/labour lawyers and human resources professionals.
We're still asking ourselves that! “er” refers to the short form of employer and “ee” refers to the short form of employee... and there you have it - employer to employee!
