Alex Kowal

Alex graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2006.

Alex provides proactive advice and assistance to clients from a management perspective. His practice extends into all areas of employment and labour law, including employment contracts, wrongful dismissals, workplace policies and procedures, employment standards, collective agreements, labour relations, human rights and workplace safety.

Prior to joining e2r^™, Alex practiced employment and labour law at a respected human resources law firm. Throughout his career, Alex's approach to advising employers has focused on practical and timely solutions to complex workplace issues.

Alex has also written on a variety of employment law topics, including articles for Lawyers Weekly and Canadian Employment Law Today.
