Alexandra joined e2r™ in late 2015, bringing with her many years of administrative experience, particularly focused in the legal field.
In joining e2r™, Alexandra brings a great deal of experience dealing with positive client relations and is committed to advancing that focus as a member of the Client Care team. Her dedication to supporting the needs of clients and ensuring the highest level of service at all times aids in the mission of the organization to provide exemplary service to all clients. Alexandra, as the lead member of the Client Care team, assists clients daily in ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner, while providing internal support to the Advisors. She regularly maintains and updated the e2r™ database to ensure the accuracy of records and makes regular suggestions for improvements to core processes.
In addition to being a member of the Client Care team, Alexandra also provides administrative support and assistance to the Advisors regarding any litigation matters. She regularly consults with external agencies to conduct research and verify information.
Alexandra has studied Creative Advertising at Seneca College and is currently working towards her Certificate in Human Resources Management with the goal of becoming a CHRP.
