Erin graduated with distinction from the Faculty of Law at the University of Western Ontario and was called to the bar in 2014.

Erin delivers proactive and holistic human resource solutions to employers. Her employment law/human resources advice to employers includes advising on workplace policies, employment contracts, employment standards, human rights, occupational health and safety, and employee dismissals. In the unionized environment, she provides labour relations advice on a variety of issues including those relating to grievance arbitrations, collective bargaining, certification applications, and unfair labour practice complaints.

During her undergraduate career at Cornell University, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Science, Magna Cum Laude, Erin focused her studies on US labour and employment law. Her studies in the US have provided her with the foundation to assist American clients wishing to operate in Canada. Additionally, Erin was a member of the Women’s Varsity Track and Field team (NCAA Division I).
