Stuart Ducoffe
(B.C.L., LL.B., CHRL)
FOUNDER
Stuart is a seasoned employment and labour lawyer. Stuart is the founder of e2r™ and Partner and co-founder of Woolgar VanWiechen Cosgriffe Ducoffe LLP where he leads the employment and labour law group.
Prior to founding e2r™ and the law firm, Stuart practiced for many years with one of Canada’s largest and most prestigious Canadian law firms. Stuart obtained his law degrees from McGill University and was called to the bar in 1986. Stuart is one of only a small group of employment and labour lawyers certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association as a Certified Human Resources Leader.
Stuart has advised corporate employers on all matters pertaining to employment law, labour relations, and human rights law. He has appeared before the courts as counsel on behalf of a wide variety of corporate clients as well as administrative tribunals.
Stuart counsels employers with respect to the employment impact of commercial transactions including mergers and acquisitions, the negotiation of employment contracts, wrongful dismissal litigation, injunction applications, occupational health and safety, employment standards, workers' compensation and human resources communications and strategy.
Stuart provides ongoing advice to some of Canada’s leading public companies and is often consulted by major Canadian media outlets to provide information and insight in employment law and human resources matters. As a dynamic and “down to earth” speaker, Stuart is regularly requested to speak to employee and managerial groups as well as industry associations. He is also a regular contributing author on human resources and legal matters.
Stuart is actively involved in the community and is a member of the Human Resources Committee of a major Toronto area not for profit which helps people find work from all walks of life.

Lindsay Glasgow
(B.A., CHRL)
Lindsay joined the e2r™ team in 2010. Lindsay is a seasoned human resources professional having worked for many years in the private sector in both union and non-union environments. In particular, Lindsay spent many years working in a unionized environment for one of the country's leading suppliers of office technology. Subsequently Lindsay lead the human resources group for the world's largest producer of soft sided insulated products where she gained international experience servicing clients in the United States, Hong Kong and China as well as being a member of the due diligence team for two international mergers and acquisitions. Lindsay is certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association as a Certified Human Resources Leader (“CHRL”).
Currently Lindsay advises clients regarding a wide variety of human resources matters including policy and procedure development, training and development, performance management, recruitment strategies, employee relations and engagement. Lindsay's scope of knowledge also extends to compensation strategy development, and union-management relations.

Christina Iannozzi
(J.D.)
Christina is a practical employment and labour lawyer, with both boutique law firm and F500 in-house experience. She attended law school at Western University where she also completed her LLM in workplace discrimination on the basis of mental health, before being called to the bar in 2018.
Christina provides practical advice to employers on a wide range of employment and human rights issues as well as workplace investigations. Christina has represented both employers and employees which affords her a fulsome understanding of the modern workplace. This understanding informs her investigations and allows Christina to see workplace disputes from different perspectives, enabling her to more effectively advise employers.

Timothy Patrick
(M.A., LL.B.)
Timothy is an experienced employment and labour lawyer and employee relations leader. He has advised employers of all sizes in various businesses and jurisdictions across Canada with regard to wrongful dismissal, employment standards, human rights, grievance and collective agreement matters, negotiation and creation of employment contracts and other employment related documentation.
In addition to working as an employment lawyer, Timothy has worked as an employee relations leader in Canada’s largest financial institutions helping to mitigate risk, improve policies/practices and employee experiences while ensuring minimal litigation and successful outcomes in a wide variety of employment situations.
Timothy brings a wealth of practical and pragmatic solutions and approaches to the practice of human resources and employment law and remains mindful of the realities facing employers in today’s highly regulated environment. He strives to provide plain language advice that allows employers to mitigate and avoid risk.

Stephanie Miner
(J.D.)
Stephanie brings a holistic and practical approach to human resources and employment law, advising employers of all sizes on a range of employment, human rights, and health and safety matters. Stephanie regularly assists with employment agreements, workplace policies, termination packages, and claims of wrongful dismissal, discrimination, and harassment.
Stephanie received an honours B.A. from Queen's University and attended law school at Dalhousie University. She was called to the bar in 2017.
Prior to joining e2r™, Stephanie spent several years at a prominent regional law firm advocating for both employers and employees before various courts and tribunals in Ontario. She also spent time at Human Rights Watch and the Ontario Provincial Legislature where she gained valuable experience working with a diverse group of individuals and community leaders.
Stephanie stays informed of the practical issues facing today’s employers and is actively involved with local chambers of commerce and business associations. In her spare time, Stephanie teaches dance classes for children in the community.

Margaret Simone
(BComm, CHRL)
Margaret is a dynamic human resources professional with over 10+ years of experience and a certified human resources leader. Prior to joining e2r™ she held senior positions in organizations of varying sizes, across multiple industries and jurisdictions, in both union and non-union environments. She has extensive expertise in employee relations, HR/legal policy development, talent management, HR systems, benefits, training & development, change management, and recruitment.
Margaret brings her passion for best practices through a lens of practicality and cost effectiveness.

Prior to joining e2r™, DeAnna was working in Talent Acquisition conducting full cycle recruitment and sourcing for the Sales client group for an educational travel company. While there, she led all talent acquisition initiatives, projects and programs – from planning to implementation. She also brings with her, experience supporting the full cycle recruitment for Junior to Senior level roles at a global investment management firm. While there she worked in a multi-site environment where she gained experience supporting clients in the U.S and Canada.
DeAnna’s overall experience spans multiple HR functions.
DeAnna holds a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology with a Minor in Sociology. She is nearing completion of a Human Resources Management Certificate and is actively working towards becoming certified by the Human Resources Professionals Association as a Certified Human Resources Professional.
Currently, DeAnna consults with clients across the country to determine the organization’s hiring needs, discussing recruitment strategies and reviewing candidates for their current vacancies.

Michelle Comeau

Michelle joined the e2r™ team in 2007 bringing with her many years of experience in human resources solutions consulting, sales, marketing, and public relations.
Prior to joining e2r™ Michelle spent a number of years working in the human resources consulting industry assisting with the multiplicity of human resources challenges unique to small and medium sized businesses. This experience enabled Michelle to develop key skills that were crucial to providing effective solutions to her clients’ distinct challenges. During this time Michelle also cultivated her ability to identify and develop business opportunities as well as brand awareness through various advertising channels and public relations activities.
Michelle’s career has also included working in a human resources capacity, where her primary responsibilities included the development of national training and development programs, recruitment strategies, and a diverse range of public relations activities. This “hands on” foundation has truly enabled her to deeply understand and appreciate the human capital needs of our clients.
Currently, Michelle is responsible for managing all client services along with all administrative activities for e2r™. Michelle is committed to promoting the growth and development of e2r™, and most importantly ensuring that existing clients maximize their e2r™ experience.
Michelle holds a BA in Communication Studies from Brock University.

Prior to joining e2r™ in early 2015, Stacy worked in the not-for-profit sector, allowing her to bring to e2r™ a wide range of human resources knowledge and experience.
Stacy currently supports e2r™ clients by providing internal administrative as well as human resources support and assistance. Stacy also manages the online presence by monitoring and maintaining the e2r™ website and regularly updating our social media platforms. In understanding the ever changing trends, Stacy is able to pinpoint key areas of interest to e2r™ and our clients in order to ensure effective utilization of technological trends, allowing e2r™ to continually deliver up-to-date and important information to our clients.
In addition, Stacy manages e2r™’s continuing education program, wherein she oversees and coordinates all aspects of the e2r Alerts!, e-Learning webinars, online client portals, and client training programs. Stacy provides additional support and resources to the Business Development team in regularly updating and participating in marketing initiatives and collateral.
Stacy holds a Human Resources Management Diploma, with a focus in Business Administration from George Brown College.

Chynna Wilson
(M.JC)
Prior to joining e2r™ in June 2016, Chynna worked in the journalism industry as an editor before deciding to switch her career path to human resources. She brings with her years of writing, social media, and communications experience to e2r™, allowing her to take on a wide range of projects with the organization.
Chynna currently provides her expertise to building and developing e2r™’s online and social media presence, in particular managing all social media platforms through regular updates and posts, bringing the latest HR and employment law news and topics to our growing number of followers. She also maintains all facets of the e2r™ website, helping clients navigate their unique portals and ensuring all documents, resources, and information are updated and uploaded to the website regularly.
In addition to maintaining the online and social media presence, Chynna helps support e2r™ clients by helping ensure their needs are met by providing internal administrative support, acting as a member of the Client Care team. Chynna also provides assistance to the human resources team through administration of e2r™ training programs, as well as assisting with the management of human resources projects such as employee handbooks and medical files.
Chynna is working towards obtaining her Certified Human Resources Professional designation through the completion of her Human Resources Management certification. Chynna currently holds a Masters in Mass Communications and Journalism.
