Hiring the wrong person can be costly for an organization, so getting the recruitment process right is of monumental importance. In this e-Learning, we go through the recruitment process from creating a job description through to onboarding the new hire. We discuss how to create a job posting to attract the right candidates, the steps involved in the interview process, how to make an offer of employment and the human rights and legal concerns to be aware of along the way.
