Summer is coming and school is almost out! In this e-Learning session, we discuss workforce management strategies for the coming summer months with a special focus on hiring summer students and/or interns. We outline the key employment standards requirements related to the hiring of young workers, including common misconceptions about their rights and the responsibilities of the employer.
