DeAnna’s experience spans multiple HR functions, including talent acquisition, talent development and change management. Prior to joining e2r®, she led full-cycle recruitment for a sales client group at an educational travel company, managing talent acquisition initiatives and programs from planning to implementation. She also supported recruitment for roles ranging from entry level to C-Suite at a global investment management firm, working in a multi-site environment partnering with clients across the U.S and Canada.
As a Talent & Development Facilitator, DeAnna leads the recruitment service by conducting initial phone screens and presenting clients with a shortlist of qualified candidates. She designs and delivers training programs that support employee growth, leadership development and organizational change. Additionally, she develops customized employee handbooks and workplace policies tailored to each client’s unique needs.
