After a long 2020, vaccinations for COVID-19 are finally rolling out across Canada! The news has provided hope for a quick return to business as usual. While vaccinations are not yet available to the general public, employers would be wise to consider what the workplace implications are with a wider rollout, which raises issues regarding human rights, privacy, and occupational health safety.
This e-Learning discusses the considerations employers will need to take into account once vaccinations are available to their employees. We discuss mandatory vaccinations as well as alternatives to vaccinations and the legal implications of each.
