2020 has been a turbulent year! With the onset of COVID-19, and the workplace challenges that the pandemic has presented, employers have been forced to adapt as the legal landscape impacting the workplace continuously changes.
In this e-Learning, we provide a refresher on some important topics in this evolving legal landscape. Looking ahead to 2021, it is worthwhile to ensure that employers have a good understanding of the current status of COVID related leaves of absence and the various federal government benefits that are currently available to employees.
