In this e-Learning session, we explore a number of recent cases and let our clients be the Judge. Was it just cause? Can you discipline an employee for off-duty conduct? What triggers a duty to investigate an allegation of discrimination or harassment? Following your ‘ruling’ in each case, we will summarize the main principles that led the real judges to come to their conclusion(s).
